Internet Pricing

As an Authorized Lane Venture Dealer for over 35 years we are bound by Standards for Internet Sales. Based on this agreement we are unable to display prices for Lane Venture Weathermaster Products at this time.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Pennsylvania are subject to 6% Sales Tax.   We do not collect sales tax for orders delivered to other states. The consumer is responsible to report any purchase which is otherwise subject to state or local tax codes.

Freight Costs

We include Free shipping on any Lane Venture Replacement Cushion purchase delivered within the 48 Contiguous United States and do not ship outside this region.

Terms of Payment for Lane Venture Replacement Cushion Orders

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.  Payment in full is required at the time your cushion order is placed.  This is needed to insure that Lane Venture can immediately ship your order when completed.  All replacement cushion orders are drop-shipped directly from Lane Venture via FedEx, RPS or UPS to your home. 

Right of Refusal

Wicker East Replacement Cushions reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason deemed necessary. 

Fabric Disclaimer

Many of the fabric images shown on this website have been individually scanned in an attempt to represent colors most accurately.  Please be aware that actual fabric colors may widely differ due to conditions such as visual perception, dye lot variations and video monitor settings.  Fabrics and Swatch Samples with a Large "Repeat" may not fully display all Colors.  Please  contact us with any specific concerns prior to ordering. 

 Contrasting Welt/Cords & Fringes Disclaimer        

Some furniture images provided on this website include the use of Contrasting Welt/Cords & Fringes on cushions.  Contrasting Welt/Cords & Fringes are optional on some collections and NOT included in the standard purchase price of Lane Venture replacement cushions.  A matching “Self Welt” is included on cushions from collections which originally included a welt as a standard specification. Toss Pillow Disclaimer

Many of the furniture images provided on this website include the use of toss pillows for display purposes only.  Toss Pillows are optional and NOT included in the standard purchase price of replacement cushions.  Please order toss pillows separately by selecting the "Toss Pillow" Collection for LaneVenture replacement cushions. 

Fabrics & Cut Yardage

Ordering/Delivery Times for LaneVenture Replacement Cushions  

Lane Venture will normally ship your order within about 4-5 weeks from the time it is received and placed with the factory.  We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped from Lane Venture. Please allow about (1) additional week for transit time to your home.  You will be notified in the event of any delay due to out of stock or discontinued fabrics.  Please place your order far enough in advance to allow for minor delays which may sometimes occur, particularly during peak ordering season from April to July.

Cancellation and Order Changes

After we receive your Lane Venture order an email confirmation will be sent to you.  Please punctually check the accuracy of all the information and report any corrections within 24 hours.  Orders which we submit to Lane Venture are promptly scheduled for production.  Any cancellation or changes to an order which has already begun "Production" is subject to a 25% restocking fee by LaneVenture which will be deducted from your deposit or payment.  "Production" is defined as the cutting of the fabrics for cushions.

Cancellation and Refusal of Orders Which Have Already Been Shipped

The cancellation or refusal of any order which has already been shipped from the factory will incur all freight costs to and from your destination. This cost is in addition to the 25% restocking fee from LaneVenture which will be deducted from your refund or payment. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your LaneVenture purchase will be produced on a Special Order basis using your individual choice of fabric. As with all Special Orders there are absolutely No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds permitted.  Please measure your area carefully to avoid overbuying furniture.

Receiving Guidelines for LaneVenture Replacement Cushions

LaneVenture replacement cushion orders are shipped freight prepaid via FedEx or Old Dominion Freight Lines. Freight damage to cushions is extremely rare.  If you discover concealed damage to your cushions or any other discrepancy, such as factory shortage or error, please do not discard the cartons and contact us immediately for instructions.  The pink packing slip which is attached to one of the cartons may assist in determining the problem. LaneVenture policy requires the submission of digital photos from the consumer to substantiate claims of this nature.  All replacement items will be sent to you at no additional cost.  Failure to comply with the Receiving Guidelines may compromise your claim.
